Frances Ben began her entertainment career as a model at age 16 (around 2009-2010), engaging in commercial and runway modeling. She started her acting career in 2014 in Ghana, securing her first movie role in 'Jackie Goes to School' (2014) alongside Jackie Appiah. Her first lead role came in 2016 in 'Hidden Fears'. She is also a filmmaker and movie producer, having started producing in September 2018, and owns Frances Ben Films and Frances Ben TV on YouTube. Some of her notable movies include 'Second Mum' (2024), 'Enemy Of My Heart' (2025), 'Ride With Me', 'A Road To You', 'Your Oscar My Oscar', 'Swipe Love', and 'Love Like Ours'.
EARLY LIFE
Frances Ben, whose full name is Frances Chinasa Nwosu Ben, was born on 23 September 1993 in Lagos state, Nigeria. She is a native of Nnewi in Anambra state, Nigeria, and is Igbo by tribe. She had her primary and secondary education in Lagos, finishing secondary school around 2008/2009 at age 15. She later graduated from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) Ghana with a degree in Business Management in May 2016 at age 22. Her parents are Mr and Mrs Benjamin Nwosu; her father is deceased. She has two siblings, a brother and a sister named Ben Olivia Nwosu.
PERSONAL LIFE
Frances Ben is 5'9 feet tall. She is currently single and not married, though she is in a private relationship with a boyfriend. She does not have any biological children. She has a strong admiration for Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, and Yvonne Nelson. There have been speculations about BBL plastic surgery, but Frances Ben has not confirmed or denied these claims.
