Biography

EARLY LIFE

Born in Onitsha, Anambra State, Ike began her artistic journey at the age of six, acting in church plays. She ventured into modeling at 16 after completing her secondary education. She holds a degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education from the University of Lagos.

CAREER

Chika Ike's acting career began in 2005, with her major role in 'Bless the Child'. She has since appeared in over a hundred films. In 2014, she graduated from the New York Film Academy where she studied film-making and subsequently founded her production company, Chika Ike Production. She is the creator and host of the 'African Diva Reality TV Show'. Beyond film, she is an entrepreneur, having launched her fashion line 'Fancy Nancy' in 2011, and an author, with her book 'Boss Up'.

PERSONAL LIFE

Chika Ike was married to Tony Eberiri from 2006 to 2013. She has been an outspoken advocate against domestic violence, having been a victim in her past marriage. She is also a philanthropist and established the 'Help the Child' foundation, which focuses on assisting underprivileged children.
