Rude China

China returns to Nigeria after two years in China, dismissing her father's hotel as beneath her. She meets with her father and investor Alhaji Yusuf, but her rude attitude makes Alhaji withdraw. Her father insists she take over; she refuses, longing to return to China or the UK. He suffers a massive stroke, leaving her thirty days to secure an investor or the bank seizes the hotel. She struggles with her father's therapy, insults the therapist, and moves in with friend Ken, straining his relationship with Cassie. She approaches investor Jimmy, who initially rejects her but later agrees to invest if she works from the lowest position for thirty days. She reluctantly accepts. At the hotel, staff treat her harshly. She endures menial tasks, verbal abuse, and a near-sexual assault from a male employee. Jimmy watches from afar. After thirty days, Jimmy reveals the test was to assess her commitment. He invests. China rushes to her father's bedside, where he wakes from his coma. She announces she is pregnant and engaged to Ken. Her father recovers and attends the wedding preparations. China marries Ken, and her father approves. The film ends with the family reunited and the hotel saved.
