This romantic comedy film takes you to Lagos where a family gets ready for a big wedding. The movie On Different Grounds has many surprises. The main story follows a divorced billionaire couple who must reunite after years apart. They come together to plan their eldest daughter's wedding. This causes lots of funny moments and old issues come up again. The family is important and rich in Nigeria. The wedding shows all the nice parts of a proper Nigerian ceremony with colors and joy. Because there are Bollywood stars in the cast, cultures mix and add extra comedy. You see drama and heart as the ex couple tries to work together. The full cast has stars like Bob-Manuel Udokwu, Jennifer Eliogu, Uche Montana, Uche Jombo, Fadekemi Olumide, Nkem Owoh, Ifeanyi Kalu, Bambam Adenibuyan, Maggie Osuome, Ebele Okaro, Aproko Doctor, Vineet Raina, Nimesh Diliprai and Abena Akuaba. They all make the story alive. Mildred Okwo directs the film with great skill. Nicolette Ndigwe-Kalu produced it and she wrote the story almost 20 years ago. The project began filming in May 2024. It is a mix of Nollywood and Bollywood that brings new things to cinema. The film went to cinemas and people love the laughs and family lessons. In the end, the wedding brings everyone close even after the divorce problems. It has romance, comedy and good feelings for viewers of all ages.
