Kaine Ogochukwu walks away from her desk at the ad agency and into a world that calls her a fool. Her boyfriend Ejiro spits venom, calling acting prostitution, but she kicks him out and signs up for Estelle Richard's acting class. There she meets Ekom, a theater arts graduate with a smile that lingers longer than necessary. He starts campaigning for her to win, his love louder than his pain. Four weeks later he shows up with a necklace and a plane ticket to Rwanda — the very place he promised to take her.
