We Found Love

Mrs. Thomas starts her day by scolding a late employee, then criticizes receptionist Evelyn's red hair and threatens a query. At home she presses her son Alec to find a wife, reminding him she wants grandchildren and that he keeps rejecting her choices. Eager to outshine her boastful friend Laomi, she recruits Evelyn to pose as Alec's wife during a spa outing, and she supplies a proper outfit and tells Evelyn to play the part of a suitable daughter-in-law. In Accidental Lovers, Evelyn reluctantly agrees to one more appearance despite her discomfort with the lie. During a double date with friends Peggy, Tony, and Kola, Alec and Evelyn genuinely enjoy each other's company. Alec suggests they date for real, and their secret relationship grows as he sends her food at work and they keep seeing each other. When Mrs. Thomas discovers the romance, she feels betrayed, accuses Evelyn of scheming, and fires her on the spot. Alec is furious, declares he loves Evelyn and wants to marry her, and refuses to end things. Evelyn, now unemployed, starts her own skincare business, mixing and packaging products with Alec's support. After a heartfelt talk with her friend Remy, Mrs. Thomas changes her mind. She visits Evelyn, apologizes for being too judgmental, and offers her a job as Product Director, hinting at a family business. Alec arrives, kneels, and proposes in front of his mother, and Evelyn says yes. Mrs. Thomas smiles and welcomes Evelyn into the family, saying her family business is now complete. The engaged couple embraces as everyone celebrates. Alec puts the ring on Evelyn's finger.
