Dave, called Frankie by his friend, confides in his partner Frank at the office. He admits he loves Carol but is also sleeping with Brenda, who wants nothing more. Terrified of losing Carol, he asks Frank to help him find a way to make her stay. Frank advises him to marry Carol and cut ties with Brenda, but Dave finds this complicated.
