Seasoned With Love

Iyke, a successful CEO, encounters his ex-girlfriend Dara at a restaurant, stirring unresolved feelings just as his sisters arrive for Christmas. With his regular chef unavailable, he hires Tomi, a street-food vendor from Abuja who has lied about her culinary background to secure the job and fund her restaurant relocation after receiving a quit notice. Tomi moves in and begins cooking for Iyke and his sisters, whose friend Cindy immediately tries to sabotage any potential relationship by creating tension and spreading doubt. Despite the interference, Iyke and Tomi grow closer through their conversations, leading him to invite her as his date to a corporate event. At the event, a blog exposes Tomi as a roadside food seller rather than a professional chef; Iyke feels betrayed and orders her to leave. His sisters later confess their past role in breaking up his previous relationship, prompting a family reconciliation and forcing Iyke to reconsider his anger. Tomi’s brother Dele helps her create a public apology video, explaining her situation and offering free food to the community. Moved by the video, Iyke watches and his sisters encourage him to forgive Tomi. On Christmas Day, Iyke and his sisters visit Tomi’s buka to apologize and reconcile. Iyke and Tomi confess their feelings and share a kiss, joined by Dele, and the family celebrates the holiday together, having learned the importance of forgiveness and love.
