Perfect Nobody

Idia endures constant emotional abuse from her boyfriend Frank, who criticizes her weight and pressures her to use diet teas and pills. At a restaurant, she catches Frank with another woman, Moon, and confronts him. A stranger, Tobi, steps in to defend her, angering Frank. Later, Tobi becomes Idia's flatmate, and Frank arrives furious, refusing to believe Tobi is just a roommate. Idia's friend Ndipe warns her that Frank doesn't love her, but Idia's insecurity keeps her tethered to him. Idia briefly returns to Frank, but when he insults her in front of Tobi and another woman, she finally reaches her breaking point. She packs her bags and leaves Frank for good, returning to the flat to apologize to Tobi for walking out on him earlier. Tobi, hurt, tells her he will not be her rebound. Frank later shows up at the flat, and Tobi orders him to leave. After Frank departs, Tobi confesses his feelings for Idia, but she asks for time to focus on self-discovery. Idia and Tobi reconcile as friends, with Tobi agreeing to wait for her. Idia begins prioritizing her own well-being and self-worth. The movie ends on a hopeful note as Idia and Tobi embrace, with Tobi affirming that she is worth the wait.
