Obidike Heart Of A Warrior Episode 1

Two armed men search Igwe Fernando's house but fail to find him, as he hides behind a curtain. They report to King Obidike, who threatens to hunt down not only Igwe Fernando but also his wife and daughter. King Obidike asserts his power, warning his subjects against siding with his rival. Igwe Fernando visits a DPO to complain: King Obidike drove away his wife, plans a clubhouse on community land, and flaunts prostitutes. The DPO advises caution and suggests a formal petition, then arranges a hotel for Igwe Fernando's safety, warning him not to stray. Igwe Fernando thanks him. The DPO calls King Obidike to intervene, but the king dismisses him. At Igwe Fernando's home, his wife struggles to pay their children's school fees, promising to get the money from their father. She reassures their daughter they will no longer be mocked. Igwe Fernando stands alone in his backyard, comforting himself that everything will be okay and that he will get the money to his children. The episode ends with credits, setting up the ongoing conflict.
