Me Over Us

Ruth is a high-powered project manager and the boss of her husband Ryan at work. She is demanding and critical, often humiliating Ryan in front of colleagues. At home, she continues to dominate him, making Ryan feel worthless. After a series of heated arguments, Ryan resigns from his job. He meets Kene, a woman who faints on the street. He helps her, and they quickly begin a romantic affair. Kene makes Ryan feel important and respected, something he never got from Ruth. Their affair deepens as Ryan spends more time with her, ignoring Ruth's calls. Ryan becomes distant, and Ruth senses something is wrong.
