Obi runs a small convenience store in Lagos, barely surviving a harsh economy while dreaming of a music career like Flavour N'abania. His girlfriend Ifunanya, a law student, urges him to focus on the shop, but sales are low and his supplier threatens to cut him off. When Obi wins a 210 million naira lottery jackpot, his fortunes reverse overnight. Elated, he pours money into music aspirations, hiring a manager named Innocent (Saint) and a talent director, Vicky. He neglects his shop and cuts off friends like Mark, who had helped him. Ifunanya grows concerned as Obi becomes arrogant and wasteful. Vicky, a con artist, drugs Obi and steals his remaining money, jewelry, and laptop. Devastated and broke, Obi tries to win back Ifunanya, but she has moved on with a new boyfriend, also named Obi. After a fight at a club, Ifunanya takes an injured Obi home and discovers documents showing the lottery company shortchanged him by 90 million naira. Ifunanya, now a lawyer, confronts the lottery manager, Osage Bernard, threatening legal action and media exposure, and successfully recovers the missing money. Meanwhile, Obi's friend Mark confronts him for his past neglect, and Obi apologizes. Ifunanya's new boyfriend realizes she still loves the old Obi and encourages her to return. The two Obis have a tense conversation, after which the new Obi steps aside. Obi and Ifunanya reunite. Using the recovered money, Obi expands his shop and proposes marriage. Ifunanya accepts on condition that Obi takes adult education classes to secure their future. Obi agrees, and they share a kiss, looking forward to a new beginning.
