Storyline

Mr. Johnson gets a distress call about his daughter Ejiro causing chaos at a hair salon and rushes to apologize to the owner Madam Happiness, who ejects Ejiro for damaging a hair. Back home Johnson confronts Ejiro about her disruption while she nurses her ambition to become a mechanic, a trade he despises. Undeterred Ejiro seeks work at his garage unaware he owns it and is hired as Delight under the alias Chief Ologbela with strict rules. He introduces her to the crew — Boma, Chiboy, and Itoro — who resent her because she is a woman. Later the men assign Delight only menial tasks like washing tools and mock her competence. When she pushes back Boma reports her and Johnson fines her salary and forbids her from calling him Daddy on the premises. Her friend Didi urges her to quit for women's work like hairdressing but Delight refuses. A coworker spikes her drink prompting a chaotic retaliation, and Richard watches her skill and offers to invest in her franchise. Johnson orders Boma to sabotage her work but the scheme backfires when the saboteur confesses. That night Johnson drops the act at home, revealing the trauma behind his opposition: her mother died giving birth and he had prayed for a son to carry his legacy. He admits he pushed her toward respectable careers to spare her poverty, but Delight counters she wants only to be like him and earn his pride in grease and engines. She then exposes his double life, revealing she knew Chief Ologbela was her father and condemning his betrayal. Johnson acknowledges her resolve, accepts her path, blesses her partnership with Richard, and Boma apologizes, gifts a dress, confesses romantic interest, which she tentatively accepts. The men treat her as an equal, Delight secures her first major client earning a tip that marks her autonomy. Finally father and daughter work side by side as the workshop hums with a new rhythm.
