Storyline

Set in southwestern Nigeria during the 1990s, Dear Ajayi follows the emotionally charged reunion of two estranged sisters, Ade and Titi Ajayi. Following the passing of their father, the sisters are forced to move back under the same roof to care for their paralyzed mother, Mama. Ade is a deeply devout Christian and the family's sole breadwinner, while Titi is an independent, secular, and defiant aspiring singer. Trapped together in their domestic childhood space, the two women must navigate severe clashes over faith, personal freedom, and ambition while confronting unresolved family wounds and grief.
