The film opens with Ken Piles, the charismatic but irresponsible eldest son of a wealthy industrialist, sneaking a designer into his bedroom only to be caught by his stern father. Ken treats the incident as a joke but his father's patience has worn thin after Ken misses a key business meeting to pursue a woman. Ken's younger brother Dave steps in and salvages the deal, earning their father's praise, a promotion, and Ken's former office. Humiliated and stripped of his salary, Ken receives a stark ultimatum: three months of absolute celibacy and focus, or lose his inheritance permanently to Dave. Ken's attempt at reform is immediately tested by the arrival of two attractive maids, Mary and Lisa, whose presence and his own lingering habits threaten his resolve. His childhood friend Lucy moves in to act as his accountability partner, imposing a rigorous regimen of digital detox, yoga, and mental discipline. Meanwhile Dave thrives in his new role, and Ken even secures a billion-naira investment from an old contact, briefly restoring his father's pride. During a key presentation to foreign investors, an explicit image appears on Ken's laptop. The accident destroys the deal and triggers a volcanic eruption from his father, who denounces him as a disgrace and questions his paternity. Shattered, Ken hits rock bottom, but Lucy refuses to let him collapse, demanding total obedience to her recovery program. As Ken slowly gains mastery over his impulses, his father begins to acknowledge the change, even enforcing new standards of decorum on the household staff. Just as stability returns, Lucy reveals she is engaged to a man in Abuja and plans to relocate after their traditional marriage. The news cracks Ken's newfound composure and he realizes his dependence on Lucy has deepened into love. In a desperate confrontation beside her packed car, Ken confesses he is a fool who has fallen for her and begs her not to leave.
