Chinwe wakes to find her husband Okechukwu dead in bed. In Agu Nwanyi (Lioness), the doctor confirms a heart attack but reveals Okechukwu was found in another woman's house, not in Abuja as he had claimed. Distraught and suspicious, Chinwe orders an autopsy against the wishes of Okechukwu's brother Livinus, who insists on immediate burial. Conflict peaks when Livinus and his men force their way into the house, resulting in a physical brawl that damages the property. Chinwe's daughters and mother defend the property together, forcing the intruders to retreat. In a dramatic confrontation at the hospital Stella's scan reveals the baby is a girl, not the hoped-for son, destroying Livinus's advantage completely. Chinwe's legal standing is affirmed by the court and the relatives' claims are exposed as greedy and baseless. The family unites in prayer led by Lizamaka, invoking divine protection against their enemies and giving thanks for their unity. With legal authority secured and threats neutralized, Chinwe and her four daughters celebrate their victory in the family compound. Lizamaka prepares to leave for her own home but promises ongoing support whenever they need her. The family toasts to their resilience, affirming the value of girls and the strength of their bond as the inheritance is finally secured in their names.
