EARLY LIFE

Oma Iyasara was born on December 4th. She studied Mass Communications at Imo State University, Owerri. After graduating from university in November 2011, she pursued acting and is an alumna of The Royal Arts Academy, Nigeria, founded by Emem and Uduak Isong.

CAREER

Oma Iyasara began her career as a presenter on 'Legends of Nollywood' with Paul Obazele. Her first acting role was a scene in the Uche Jumbo Production film 'Damage'. She has since appeared in numerous films, including 'Last Flight to Abuja' (as Soyibifa), 'Finding Love' (as Joecy), 'Dream Walker' (as Bisi), 'Crippled Kingdom' (as Barbra), 'The Bride is Mine' (as Helen), 'When Fishes Drown' (as Mrs Ikom), 'Village Babes', 'Money Miss Road' (2022), 'Secret Act' (2014) as Nikki, 'More Than Friends' (2013) as Tracy. She also served as a production coordinator for 'Finding Love' (2014) and has produced a short film of her own.
