A Silver Lining

Adaora's marriage to Fabian had been unraveling for years, with Fabian's mother, Aunty Lissa, openly criticizing her infertility and suggesting he take a second wife. Desperate to avoid shame, he offered Ken 20 million naira to disappear and claim Adaora's child as his own. Believing Ken had abandoned her, Adaora reluctantly agreed to return to Fabian. However, Ken reappeared with a bandaged head, explaining he had been in an accident. Adaora confessed the truth about the baby's paternity, and Ken forgave her, realizing they belonged together. Fabian's manipulation was exposed when Ken refused the money. The film *A Silver Lining* concludes with Adaora and Ken reconciling, and Ken proposing marriage. Adaora accepted, and they looked forward to a future together, while Fabian was left alone, having lost both his wife and his pride.
