Storyline

Set in 1881 on the eve of British colonial rule, an Upper-Egyptian mountain clan called the Horabat has secretly survived for generations by looting a hidden cache of Pharaonic mummies and selling the priceless antiquities on the black market. When the tribal patriarch dies, his two young sons inherit this dark family secret. Horrified by the desecration of their ancestors, the brothers face a severe moral crisis. An internal rift tears the tribe apart just as passionate archaeologists from Cairo arrive to investigate the sudden influx of artifacts, forcing a final choice between tribal loyalty and preserving national heritage.
