The Ghetto Never Leaves

Growing up on the unforgiving streets of a neighbourhood ruled by a feared crime boss, two orphaned brothers share a mutual hunger to lift themselves out of poverty. However, the methods they use to pursue freedom threaten to tear them apart. One brother channels his strength and focus into Dambe, the traditional, high-stakes form of Northern Nigerian boxing. The other brother chooses a darker, more lucrative road, becoming deeply entangled in a dangerous web of street crime. When the powerful figure who originally raised them reaches for political power, both young men find themselves treated as completely disposable. Testing the limits of ambition and loyalty, they must confront the cold reality that the ghetto always demands a heavy price before letting anyone walk away.
