Strangers
A phone call at dawn forces Judy to cover for her roommate Ivy, whose wild nights threaten to unravel everything. In "Strangers," two women bound by friendship navigate very different traps: Ivy lies to her devoted boyfriend Fred while chasing freedom in Lagos, and Judy endures the suffocating control of George. When a birthday trip to Lagos brings them face-to-face with their lies—and with Manny, a hotel worker who sees Judy clearly—the fragile balance shatters. Fred discovers Ivy's betrayal, George proposes on the spot, and Judy must decide whether to accept a ring that feels like a cage or walk away into uncertainty.

Storyline
Judy wakes to Fred's frantic call for Ivy, who stumbles home drunk at dawn. Judy covers for her, but the lie tastes bitter—Ivy is Fred's girlfriend, yet she constantly sneaks out to party, while Judy herself is trapped with George, a man who tracks her every move. Despite Judy's pleas for Ivy to change, Ivy brushes her off, and they fly to Lagos with Fowe for Ivy's birthday, paid for by a mysterious wealthy man. In Lagos, Judy meets Manny, a hotel worker, and feels a lightness she's never known. Ivy texts Fred that she's in Calabar for a surprise proposal, but the lie is a ticking bomb. Fred arrives in Lagos for a conference with his boss Ken—and spots Ivy. The betrayal hits him like a truck; he ends things on the spot, devastated. Meanwhile, George, suspicious, tracks Judy down and proposes. But Judy, buoyed by her time with Manny, finds the courage to say no. She walks away from George, finally free of his control. Ivy and Judy return to Port Harcourt broken but bonded, moving in together to rebuild. Weeks later, Judy reconnects with Manny. He has resigned from the hotel to take over his father's business. They confess their love—no games, no lies—and promise to care for each other. Two strangers who found each other in a city of noise, choosing honesty over comfort, and daring to start again.
