"Rent A Romance" follows Jason Wellington, the Love Doctor, a popular relationship advisor. His perfect image cracks when ex Beatrice exposes him on his podcast as a hypocrite who's emotionally unavailable. Fans hate him, he loses deals, and in despair, he hires Desire from Wrap & Wish shop to fake being his girlfriend till Valentine's Day for PR. She agrees for her business boost. At first, it's awkward – he tries changing her style, they film fake dates like bowling and mornings. But when Desire gets sick at his place, Jason cares for her truly, cleaning vomit and nursing her. This breaks barriers; he opens up about his loneliness and fake life. As V-Day nears, on live stream, he confesses the fake deal, admits past faults, and says he really fell for her during the act. Desire, touched by his real side, accepts. They end the deal and start a true romance, sharing real moments outside his house.
