Memories With You

Chike, estranged from his wealthy family after a fight over his relationship, drowns his sorrows at a bar where waitress Bola listens sympathetically. Drunk, he offers his late grandmother's ring as payment; Bola refuses, urging him to keep it. After closing, Chike is struck by a car and critically injured. Rushing him to the hospital, Bola lies that she is his fiancée to authorize emergency surgery, using her life savings to cover the deposit, believing he will repay her. When Chike's family arrives, his sister recognizes Bola as not his ex Bimbo, but Bola maintains the lie, aware of the family's contempt for Chike. Meanwhile, Madam Tiger, a creditor, demands repayment of a debt Bola incurred. Bola's friend Tega pressures her to sell the ring, but she refuses. Chike then reveals he regained his memory upon entering the house. He explains he pretended to test her, and that she chose to stay when he was at his lowest, unlike his ex.
