Love Umbrella

Ogechi lives under the iron rule of her stepmother, Madam Blender, who drags her to parties to trap wealthy men. After a rough makeup session, Madam Blender sends Ogechi to meet a client named Bello. Meanwhile, Jerry, a young man with feelings for Ogechi, tries to reach her but is stopped by her stepsister Gina, who forces him into a date in exchange for help. Jerry reluctantly agrees and later confronts Ogechi at her home, only to be chased away by the furious stepmother. At the party, Bello surprises Ogechi by treating her with respect, giving her money and sending her home unharmed. Madam Blender is pleased with the payment but grows suspicious when Bello repeatedly asks for Ogechi. Searching her room, she finds Bello’s number and accuses Ogechi of stealing, then throws her out, pouring hot water on her. Bello rescues Ogechi and takes her to his home to recover. Meanwhile, Gina is convinced by her boyfriend Poppy to transfer all their savings to him, only to be scammed, leaving Madam Blender and Gina destitute. At Bello’s house, Ogechi learns he is Jerry’s father. Jerry is shocked and accuses her of being with his father. Ogechi reveals she saw Jerry kissing Gina, which he denies, claiming she drugged him. Tension rises, but Bello convinces Ogechi to stay and reconcile with Jerry. In a heartfelt moment, Jerry steps aside, acknowledging his father’s feelings. Ogechi stays with Bello, who arranges for her to return to school and supports her dreams. The film ends as Ogechi and Bello embrace, looking toward a future together.
