If Wall Could Speak

The story of 'If Wall Could Speak' follows Okslade and Amanda, a young couple whose relationship crumbles after the birth of their child. Okslade, frustrated by his unmet expectations for intimacy and household order, lashes out at Amanda with verbal abuse and physical violence. Amanda, exhausted and emotionally drained, finds solace in her friend Funmi. After a particularly violent outburst, Amanda withdraws, and the couple enters a period of heavy silence. Okslade, realizing the depth of his mistakes, begins to change. He apologizes for his failures and shows vulnerability for the first time. Amanda, though cautious, agrees to work on their marriage.
