Distracted

Sarah, frustrated by persistent calls from men seeking sugar mommies, is convinced by Tacha to move into the upscale Mega Monde estate to find a wealthy, mature husband. In 'Distracted', she hesitates due to the high rent but eventually relents, determined to change her life. Tacha advises her to socialize, but months pass and she meets no one suitable, growing increasingly desperate. Then Tacha introduces a male housemate, David—the same man Sarah clashed with earlier. He moves in despite her objections and begins to persistently flirt with her, cooking meals and trying to break down her defenses. Their relationship evolves from antagonism to a reluctant friendship—he charms her, she warms to his attention—and Sarah finds herself attracted, struggling to maintain her focus on finding a husband. One evening, a playful moment escalates: he touches her, she reacts with a slap, and he vanishes. He blocks her calls, moves out, and Sarah spirals into despair, realizing she has fallen for him. When she discovers she is pregnant, her world shatters. Then David reappears, apologizing profusely and swearing he is committed to her and their unborn child. He proposes marriage, promising never to leave again. Though wary, Sarah gives him another chance, deciding to focus on her own happiness and her baby. The film ends with the couple embracing in bed, as a voiceover reiterates that true love will come when the time is right. Sarah resolves to live without pressure, whether or not she finds a man.
