An animated opening for Toyin Abraham Films Academy introduces the cast, and the title DADA 100 appears over a city drone shot. Dada later tells her friends she dreams of having 20 luxurious buses in her name. Meanwhile, Richard faces pressure from his girlfriend Vanessa and his parents to get married, but he avoids commitment. Dada extorts money from Richard with her crew, while also caring for her sick mother and struggling financially; she buys medication on credit and promises to pay later. Her mother worries about Dada's job, and Dada's sister Tola asks for 50,000 Naira for a school project. Richard's family repeatedly pushes him to marry Vanessa, but he remains hesitant. When Dada's mother is rushed to the ICU and the doctor demands 1.5 million Naira for treatment, instead, Richard pays the entire hospital bill. Dada and her sister are in disbelief.
