Choose Wisely

Brian's mother Matilda accuses him of pursuing Princess Zara, who is betrothed to his half-brother Liam, and argues with her husband Kenneth about his second wife Oma. Brian tries to calm her but continues his quiet visits to a blind girl named Adanna, whom he helps and befriends. Liam returns from abroad and is celebrated by Oma, while Matilda pressures Brian to propose to Zara to take the throne from Liam, but Brian refuses to force love. Zara confides in her servant Chioma that she loves Brian but must marry Liam due to royal duty, and despite the king's insistence, she finally tells her father she loves Brian, causing tension. He frees Zara from the betrothal, allowing Brian and Zara to reconcile outside the palace. Kenneth apologizes to both Matilda and Oma for his past mistakes, and the two women reconcile, bringing peace to the household. Brian pays for Adanna's eye surgery; she regains her sight but fears losing his closeness. The family gathers as Liam prepares to leave, and there is a sense of peace and forgiveness among the brothers and parents. Brian and Zara embrace, looking forward to their future, while Adanna watches with a bittersweet smile. Liam departs, and the family shares a moment of unity after overcoming their conflicts.
