The Perfect Dress
Gina, Mirabel's younger sister, plans a wedding their aunt forbids, insisting Mirabel, the firstborn, must marry first or risk becoming a spinster. The pressure falls on Mirabel, who scours bridal shops hunting for The Perfect Dress while clashing with shop owner Mark. She accepts his manager job offer, and the two reach a tentative understanding despite their arguments. To outmaneuver the aunt who raised her, Mark proposes a fake engagement so Gina's wedding can proceed. Mirabel must now decide whether to lie to the woman who raised her.

Storyline
In a modern home, the aunt who raised Mirabel and her younger sister Gina rushes Mirabel out for work after a hasty prayer. At the bridal boutique, Mirabel throws out a woman named Regina, then arrives home to scold her sister for staying out all night. The aunt reveals Gina is marrying soon and forbids the wedding, citing tradition: the younger sister cannot marry before the older firstborn. Mirabel defends Gina's right to marry, but the aunt insists Mirabel must marry first to avoid becoming a spinster like her. Mirabel takes Gina dress shopping, clashing with every style suggestion in the store. The aunt tries matchmaking with a boastful chief, but Mirabel dismisses him. Returning to the shop alone, Mirabel clashes repeatedly with owner Mark over his opinions on The Perfect Dress for Gina, and she takes his offer of a manager job. The aunt discovers the wedding plans and feels deeply disappointed by the deception. She reveals her tragic history, explaining she once fought her own parents to let their mother marry out of tradition. Her parents died shortly after, leaving her to raise the girls alone as a spinster. Heartbroken, Mirabel confides in Mark, who proposes a fake engagement to win the aunt's approval. The aunt buys the deception and immediately starts planning a double wedding. The scheme collapses when Gina discovers her fiancé Danny is already married, and his wife calls to end the engagement. Misunderstandings lead Mirabel to break off the fake engagement with Mark, convinced she is not his type. The aunt, now aware of the deception, confronts Mirabel and brings Mark into her room. Mark then confesses he truly loves Mirabel, and the two reunite. Three months later, Mark orchestrates a fake medical emergency at the shop to pull off a real, romantic proposal, and Mirabel happily accepts.
