Spiritual War chronicles the ordeal of Regina, an elderly widow who, after losing her family in an accident, labors as a maid for the wealthy couple Anita and Martins, only to face constant verbal and physical abuse while Anita withholds her salary. Sharing her sorrow with a security guard, Regina reveals the depth of her desperation, having nowhere else to turn. Strange afflictions soon disrupt the household: Anita’s hand swells without medical explanation, and both she and Martins suffer the mysterious disappearance of their private parts, leaving doctors baffled. Family pastor Isaiah prays over them but also advises them to treat Regina kindly, hinting at a connection to their cruelty. Meanwhile, Martins’ uncle threatens him over a disputed piece of land, and an ominous vulture begins circling, casting a shadow of foreboding. When the uncle defies a prophecy from Regina—that anyone who steps on the land will die—and visits the site, he falls dead, sending shockwaves through the family. At that very moment, the couple’s afflictions miraculously vanish, and they are healed completely. Realizing that their torments were divine punishment and that Regina possesses extraordinary spiritual authority, Anita and Martins humbly apologize and offer her money in restitution. Regina refuses the cash, insisting she is no ordinary servant but an angel sent by God to restore what the enemy had destroyed. Her quiet dignity and otherworldly calm force them to confront the magnitude of their sins. Before departing, Regina leaves a farewell letter blessing the family and prophesying future wealth and children, then vanishes from their lives. Pastor Isaiah later reveals that she was indeed an angel in disguise, sent to break the cycle of destruction and restore divine order. Transformed by this encounter, the couple vows to treat everyone with love and respect, and the film closes with a prayer of thanksgiving, signaling a new beginning for the once-troubled household.
