Storyline

Nne Mgbafor is a gripping historical tale heavily inspired by the legendary, centuries-old warrior traditions of the Ohafia people. The narrative follows Itenta, a peaceful, grounded farmer who is constantly mocked and belittled by his peers for lacking a revered warrior's title. When he is unexpectedly captured by enemy forces during a clash, his fearless and fiercely loyal wife, Mgbafor, chooses to do the unthinkable. Defying age-old customs and gender norms that forbid women from entering the battlefield, she embarks on a highly perilous rescue mission that challenges the fundamental beliefs, structures, and legacy of an entire kingdom
