Love Reset

Tania argues with boyfriend Yemi about marriage, setting off a chain of events in 'Love Reset'. She grabs the steering wheel, causing a crash that erases her memory. Yemi, a wealthy man, finds her in hospital and gives her the name Fefe Kemi, claiming he saved her. He brings her to his home where she meets his cousin Kiki and maid Shola. His ex-girlfriend Tonia, who lost an eye to his abuse, warns Fefe, but Fefe cannot remember. Fefe becomes engaged to Yemi. He hires wedding planner Cheta, who feels an intense connection. Cheta is actually Fefe's husband from before the accident. He had searched for her after she left him due to a misunderstanding. With help from Tonia and Shola, he tries to make Fefe fall in love again. She develops feelings, but Yemi grows jealous. He discovers their meetings, ties Fefe up, and confesses he was the hit-and-run driver who caused her accident and erased her identity. As he prepares to harm her, Shola enters with a gun, having recorded his confessions. A struggle ends with a shot that wounds Fefe. In hospital, Cheta tells Fefe her real name is Abina, that they were married, and that her parents died in a car crash. Overwhelmed, she asks him to leave. Later, her friend Kofi confirms Cheta had been searching for her. After weeks of therapy, Fefe struggles with the truth. She destroys a drive containing Cheta's memories. Cheta decides to leave for Ghana, but Fefe meets him one last time. She admits she cannot stop thinking about him and asks to start over. Cheta clarifies he never cheated and asks to be her boyfriend. She agrees, and they kiss, ready to build a future.
