Landed Property

In the film 'Landed Property', life inside a packed compound is run by landlord Oga Razor, a greedy man with a quick temper. The story shows daily clashes between him and his tenants. Early one morning, the shared bathroom is blocked because young Ozioma locks herself inside for over an hour, scrubbing her body with earphones on. When furious neighbours complain, she rudely says paying rent gives her the right. Oga Razor warns her, but soon he has his own trouble after a barber shaves a bald patch in his hair, leading him to chase the person who distracted him. Tension grows when Oga Razor calls a meeting and announces a rent increase. Adaku, the boldest tenant, rallies everyone to refuse. Oga Razor tells them to pay or leave. While the tenants argue, Ozioma tries to tie up the sleeping landlord with a rope, but fails. Oga Razor secretly meets two wealthy developers to sell the compound so they can tear it down and build a mansion. The tenants overhear this and trick the buyers into thinking the property is cursed. The deal falls apart. Furious, Oga Razor faces a full rebellion. Adaku, Ozioma, Enoch, and others march with protest signs reading 'Enough is Enough' and 'We are not paying.' They surround Oga Razor and shout him down in a chaotic, noisy standoff that leaves him defeated.
