Interlocked Hearts

The movie opens with Peace writing in her personal diary, revealing her deep, unreciprocated feelings for Mide. She and her childhood best friend, Helen, share an incredibly tight bond and have sworn never to let anything or anyone come between them. Helen, proud of her brother Mide’s success, invites Peace along for a weekend getaway to his massive estate. While Mide treats Peace with polite hospitality and views her strictly as "Helen's sweet friend," Helen is forced to watch their public displays of affection, fueling her silent jealousy and emotional longing. As the weekend progresses, the film focuses on the emotional tension inside the house.
