Crown And Throne

The film Crown And Throne starts with King Kizza having a nice time with Lira. She tells him she wants only his love not the crown or throne. A servant calls him to meet the elders. Then it shows slaves working hard in a village. Zora is a beautiful slave who fights back when a slave master tries to hurt her. King Kizza and elders discuss the big problem of a long drought. Rivers are dry, crops die, people starve. A seer says gods are angry and need sacrifice of beautiful young women. One elder suggests Lira. Zora is brought to King Bakia. He knows her from dreams and likes her. She asks for food for her people. He promises to end slavery and make her queen. Zora tells a friend and hopes it frees all slaves. But she disappears. King Bakia is angry and searches everywhere with threats. Zora ends up in King Kizza's kingdom. King Bakia goes to the palace with warriors and demands her. King Kizza says no because of his own dream. They argue and declare war. King Bakia ends slavery in his kingdom. Everyone is equal or they hang. The film Crown And Throne ends with a quiet moment between King Kizza and Zora as war starts. Her fate is unknown.
