Beautiful Sin

In the movie Beautiful Sin, you see the full story of Tari and Jola's marriage which has tension from the beginning. Tari leaves for a work trip but Jola thinks there is another woman. He says she is overreacting. His cousin Tonye comes to stay at the house. Jola does not like it. But Tari has a secret life with another woman Lisa and their son. Lisa is angry and wants him to leave Jola or stay away. Jola finds a baby sock and realizes the secret child. She is very sad because they had a miscarriage before. Tonye comforts her and they end up sleeping together after drinks. Tari comes back early and catches them in bed. He gets angry. There is a big fight and Jola kicks him out. She falls during the fight. At the doctor Jola learns her fibroids are back making it hard to have a baby but she is nine weeks pregnant. She does not tell Tari. Tonye tells Jola he loves her and wants to be together but she says it was a mistake. Tari finds out she is pregnant from the doctor. He confronts Tonye and Jola and asks about the baby father. Tonye defends her and blames Tari. Tari orders Tonye to leave. At the end Tari sits alone. His lies have broken his life. The movie ends with a quote about betrayal.
