Battle On Buka Street

Battle on Buka Street centers around the deeply dysfunctional Maduka family, where a lifelong, bitter rivalry between the patriarch's two wives—Asake (Yoruba) and Ezinne (Igbo)—has been aggressively passed down to their respective daughters, Yejide and Awele, from the exact day they were born. For decades, the two half-sisters have fiercely competed over everything: childhood milestones, marriages, and material success. The calm of their adult lives is shattered when Awele unexpectedly relocates back to the Otanwa community and rents a commercial food shop located directly opposite Yejide’s established local eatery on Buka Street. The street morphs into an absolute battleground. The sisters wage all-out economic and psychological warfare, launching underhanded corporate sabotage that escalates from planting roaches and rats in each other's local soup stands to full-on arson and orchestrating a major cooking competition to claim the ultimate title of "King of Buka Street".
