Accidental Bride

Five years after his wife and son die in a plane crash, Mykel is a broken man living alone as a village mechanic. His mother and brother, desperate to help him, pay a local woman named Ego to pretend to be his wife. Ego is loud, uncouth, and forces herself into Mykel's house and workshop. Mykel is angry and rejects her at first. However, when Ego fiercely defends him from an aggressive customer, he starts to see her loyalty. Slowly, he begins to tolerate and even enjoy her company. Mykel later confronts his family, saying he knows about their plan and will send Ego away. At a family ceremony, he pretends to accept her, then tells her to leave and gives her money. As a heartbroken Ego walks away, Mykel realizes she has made him happy for the first time in years. He runs after her, confessing that she has healed him. He asks her to stay for real. The movie ends with them as a true couple, working together, with Ego still causing happy chaos in their new life.
