EARLY LIFE

An indigene of Ogun State, Adebowale Babatunde Adedayo was born in Ogudu, Lagos on May 3, 1993. He grew up in the Magodo area of Lagos. His educational journey saw him attend multiple institutions; he studied law at Lead City University and Houdegbe North American University Cotonou, and Theatre Arts at Afe Babalola University, before earning a degree in Theatre Arts and Film Studies from Redeemer's University Nigeria in 2018.

CAREER

Adedayo began his career as a Nollywood actor before venturing into creating comedy videos. He gained widespread popularity in 2019 through his satirical online skits, where he portrays characters like the philandering politician "Daddy Wa" and the strict "Professor Hard Life." His comedy often addresses social and political issues. He has also featured in several films, including 'Ponzi' (2021), 'Ayinla' (2021), and 'Aníkúlápó' (2022).

PERSONAL LIFE

He is a prominent advocate for civic empowerment and was heavily involved in the 2020 #EndSARS movement in Nigeria, during which he was arrested and brutalized by the police. He consistently uses his platform to champion social causes, blending humor with civic education in his content.
