In the movie Two Brides and A Groom, the story follows two wedding planners who share a small apartment and a busy office life. Charis and Ezinne start their days planning events for clients, but their quiet routine breaks when personal feelings mix with work duties. One evening, Ezinne speaks on the phone with her lover, Bobby, who gently asks her to run away with him. She refuses because she wants to keep things steady. Soon, Charis drives home and her car battery dies on the dark road. A helpful stranger named Kunle stops to jump-start her engine. Days later, Bobby finally arrives at the apartment. He is actually a paying client who hired them to organize his wedding to a different woman. During office planning, it is very obvious that Charis and Kunle used to love each other.
