Tight Circle

Chief Ugochukwu, a wealthy and flamboyant man, delights in his polygamous lifestyle with wives Bianca, his sharp business partner, and Nene, who is pregnant. In Tight Circle, he maintains control by subtly turning the wives against each other, believing that if they become enemies, they cannot unite against him. He showers them with gifts and promises, but the rivalry takes root. As Chief pursues a new woman named Julie, Bianca and Nene begin noticing inconsistencies in his stories. Chief attempts to move Nene to a separate house to reduce tension, but both wives resist. His juggling leads to chaotic confrontations, including a physical altercation between Nene and a woman named Mercy. Bianca discovers the affair with Julie and confronts Chief, while Nene grows increasingly suspicious. The breaking point comes when Bianca and Nene compare stories and realize Chief has been lying to both of them. He admitted to a friend that he deliberately spreads rumors and pits them against each other to prevent them from ganging up on him. Furious, the wives confront Chief together during a dinner, exposing his deceit and his plans to bring in a third wife. Chief is forced to admit his manipulative strategy, apologizing profusely. Bianca and Nene decide to forgive Chief but on their own terms. They unite as sisters, with Bianca promising to help Nene go back to school and both demanding expensive gifts. Chief, relieved that the situation is resolved, agrees to their requests. The film ends with the two wives laughing together and planning a trip to London, having turned the tables on their husband, who now faces a united household.
