Sibe Episode One The Bodyguard

Still humiliated by a job interview, Sibe runs into Bobo, a bodyguard she once sent to prison by fleeing a crash. Bobo reveals he earns 400,000 naira monthly, and the figure ignites a plan: she will train as a bodyguard, buy land in Mowe, and repay her father. Despite Baba Sibe's scolding, she drills with wooden batons in the compound, then bluffs her way into an interview at an upscale home. She stops Layla's driver with a car antenna, claims to have guarded Sarah Buhari, and gets hired; that night her incessant guarding of Layla leads the client to send her home. A drive to a pharmacy turns into a kidnapping when a car swerves them off the road and armed men lock Sibe and Layla in a windowless room. The kidnapper, Omo Igbo, demands twenty million naira in mint notes; Layla's father is called, and then Baba Sibe, who hangs up and enrages the kidnapper into threatening to cut the women to pieces. In "Sibe Episode One The Bodyguard," Bobo is alerted by the agency, tracks Layla's phone, and arrives with police, knocking out a guard. Layla thanks him and ridicules Sibe's incompetence, but Sibe turns on Bobo, calling him a kidnapper. The argument spills into the open, with both blaming each other for ruining lives. Nancy, an authority figure, doubts Sibe belongs to the agency, and Sibe points at Layla's driver Akume, accusing him of betraying her father's kindness and conspiring with the kidnappers; his guilty muttering leads Nancy to order him arrested as Sibe screams. Bobo insists he is innocent, brandishes a stick, and lunges at someone, plunging the scene into a chaotic struggle that fades to black.
