Storyline
In Our Neighbor Has Gone Mad Again, Biodun Stephen prepares a production in her rented compound office and coordinates scripts with her assistant Susan. Outside, Mayowa Kusi, who calls himself Mewolaka, erupts over an orange SUV parked in his designated space though his own car sits at a mechanic. He confronts Biodun aggressively, accusing her of theft and noise, and a pattern of harassment takes root. Biodun holds a pre-production meeting in the garden. Mewolaka interrupts, berates the crew as witches and wizards, threatens to burn the house down over generator noise, and demands three months' notice for gatherings. Disputes multiply over water when Mewolaka refuses to turn off his generator unless Biodun's crew powers his appliances. He accuses her of cutting his light after she fails to recharge the shared meter. He blocks her car and claims ownership of the space. Biodun tries to replace the negligent gateman Sunny but Mewolaka thwarts her, valuing the man's car-washing services over security. The conflict peaks when Mewolaka and his wife Ayanna report a robbery and accuse Biodun of stealing their jewelry and television because she knew the gate was unlocked. Police arrive and Biodun denies the allegations, threatening legal action for defamation. The confrontation turns vicious as Mewolaka insults her profession, her appearance, and her legitimacy as a tenant. Later Mewolaka confronts visiting actor Daniel Lloyd at the gate and humiliates him and Biodun's crew. A mediation meeting with Lawyer Jide backfires spectacularly when the lawyer serves Mewolaka, not Biodun, with a quit notice citing five tenants' complaints of assault and abuse. Mewolaka refuses to accept the eviction and screams that the house is his while threatening the lawyer, but the legal process moves forward. The lawyer offers a rent refund and one week to vacate.
