Faith mocks his wife Nneya as 'dry land' for bearing no child, and she leaves the next morning. Azubuike, a wealthy businessman, has been married to Benita for seven years with four failed IVF attempts. He complains to his friend Paul that Benita's 'unit is underperforming' and starts courting street trader Chioma with money. Chioma plans to use the money for her brother Olisa's school fees. Azubuike tells Benita he is bringing in a new wife, compares her to a failing employee, and moves Chioma into the house. Benita refuses the luggage, but Azubuike shares a room with Chioma and brings Mama Chioma into the home. Mama Chioma belittles Benita, and Chioma, now pregnant, demands luxuries from catfish pepper soup to a 2 million naira wig. After being ordered to wait on the junior wife, Benita leaves. Azubuike is drained by endless demands, including a business plaza for Mama Chioma and a hospital in America for promised twins. He finds Benita at a restaurant and asks her back. She reveals the baby is his, refuses him, and says divorce papers are coming. Azubuike is shattered. Chioma panics when Azubuike stops answering her calls. Her mother chases a scam with Mr. Benjamin who promises 200 million, but the scheme fails. Chioma blames her mother for driving her husband away. Her mother denies it and walks out. Azubuike rides with Paul, calls Chioma a 'Jezebel,' and Paul tells him to live with his karma. In the final scene, Azubuike returns home with a suitcase. Chioma, pregnant, demands to know where he left her, and he walks past without answering as she shouts after him.
