Rolly Ochenkoyah built Rolly Properties into a thriving real estate firm and invited her university friends Ife and Tolu to live in her Lagos house. Ife had moved out to Igando and returned the seed capital Rolly gave her, revealing her skincare business had attracted investors and turned profitable, and then Ife and Rolly hugged.
