Parking-lot rivals Mide and Zikachi trade insults over a spot and land in HR mediation where noodle sparks accusations of disrespect and sexual harassment while Linda terrorizes a coworker with a mummy metaphor as Mrs. Fola gives them one week to deliver a hospitality pitch. Reggie asks Kachi to fund an app with her wedding savings and storms out. Mide pressures Michelle to quit her bar job and she insists the tips outweigh her salary and resents his insecurity. Mide and Zikachi brainstorm a romantic package and their banter reveals a growing sync. Michelle stays out for a rave triggering a fight where Mide implies she sleeps for money and she storms off. Kachi finds proof Reggie's ex-wife is pregnant with his child and he planned to relocate with their son Junior so she ejects him. Distracted by a custody call from his ex-wife Rita Mide misses a meeting with Michelle's uncles and she breaks up with him after he proposes. Devastated Mide gets drunk with Zikachi who listens as he falls apart. The next morning Mide wakes on the couch beside Zikachi as Michelle walks in creating a volatile triangle where she accuses him of preferring Zikachi and Zikachi's boyfriend arrives worsening the chaos. At the office the promotion review pits Mide and Zikachi against each other. Instead of competing each argues the other deserves the role moving their boss to declare their dynamic love in its purest form. Reggie returns to beg Kachi's forgiveness claiming jazz made him stray and she douses him with water and threatens acid. Humbled Mide finds Zikachi in the office late at night and sits beside her. He confesses that Michelle told him he spent half their relationship talking about Zikachi. He says he sees her now and asks her on a proper date with no distractions. Zikachi accepts and the film shifts to a traditional introduction ceremony where Mide introduces himself as Olamide Adewole and leads his uncles to Zikachi's family home.
