Campus Queen 2 follows Annabel after a brutal rejection. The wealthy Anderson pours a milkshake on her head and mocks her. Hurt and angry, Annabel forces a pact with his cousin, Darius. They will pretend to date to wound Anderson's ego. Their fake relationship works too well, making Anderson furious. He sabotages them, leaving them with a huge restaurant bill. Darius pays it, shocking everyone. Anderson threatens to have Darius's mother, a servant to his family, arrested. This leads to a physical fight. Because of the conflict, Anderson's family fires Darius's mother and throws them out of their home. Feeling guilty, Darius ends the fake relationship with Annabel, leaving her heartbroken. The twist comes when a lawyer visits Darius. He reveals Darius's late father was secretly a very rich man. Darius is now a millionaire. He uses his new wealth to secure a good home for his mother, freeing them from Anderson's family's control. On graduation day, Annabel is sad, missing Darius. He comes to find her and confesses his love was never fake. She admits she loves him too. Anderson bursts in, trying to claim Annabel, but the new, confident Darius stands up to him. Scared of Darius's strength and new power, Anderson backs down. Annabel and Darius embrace, choosing a real future together over her old quest for status as the Campus Queen.
