Between Two Hearts

After losing his wife Lillian in a car accident, Anthony raises his daughter Susan alone, shielding her from the truth by pretending her mother is away. Susan's short-term memory loss from the crash leaves her believing the fiction, until she mistakes a woman named Esther for her mother at a supermarket. Esther, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Lillian and is engaged to Uzo, feels compelled to help the grieving family. As she begins visiting, Susan's attachment deepens, complicating her therapy under Ada's care.
