Queen Nwokoye, born in Lagos, Nigeria, hails from Ihembosi, Anambra State, and identifies proudly as Igbo.Raised in a strict Catholic family of seven, she studied Sociology. A prominent Nollywood actress, entrepreneur, and TV personality, she rose to fame with roles in films like Heart of a Slave and The Evil Queen.She won Best Lead Actress for Egwonga in 2013. EARLY LIFE

Queen Nwokoye was born on August 11, 1982, in Lagos State, Nigeria. She hails from Ihembosi in Ekwusigo Local Government Area, Anambra State, and identifies proudly as Igbo. Raised in a strict Catholic family of seven. She completed her secondary education at Air Force Comprehensive School in Lagos and later Queen's College Enugu. She pursued a degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, initially aspiring to become a lawyer. During her university years, she participated in several pageants, including Miss Royal Crown, Miss Nigeria, and Miss Eastern Campus, winning the latter.

Queen Nwokoye began her acting career in 2004, making her debut in the film 'Nna Men'.
