Emmanuel Okafor is from Delta state, Oshimili North LGA, Nigeria. He began his primary education at United Nursery and Primary School Kaduna in 1992, and later attended Imperial Secondary School Kaduna from 2004 to 2008. He pursued tertiary education at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) in Kaduna, where he studied Criminology and Security from 2013 to 2019.
